Swimming:

This supports reduces the impact of swimming on the joints and lowers the risk of injury. Swimming is applicable for people of all ages, and it is an exercise that people can do buy moving their hands and legs.

Yoga:

Yoga is a good source to reduce your body fat means for your weight loss. It helps you to feel fresh. While practicing yoga you can improve your muscle strength and also you can improve your metabolism. It is not like physical type but still it helps you to lose weight.
