What is obesity and weight management?

Obesity will be occurs when a person has excess weight or body fat that might be affect their health. Obesity is also defined as abnormal or extra fat growth that presents a risk to health.

Weight management is used to describe both the capacity and underlying physiological processes that contribute to a person's ability to attain and maintain a certain weight. Most weight management capacity will be our lifestyle strategies that promote healthy eating and daily physical activity. Build a healthy base. Choose a healthful assortment of food that include vegetables, fruits, Weight management is the process of adopting long-term lifestyle modification to maintain a healthy body weight on the basis of a person's age.

Weight Control and Obesity:

Treatments for overweight and obesity include losing weight through healthy eating, being more physically active, and making other changes to your usual habits. Weight-management programs may help some people lose weight or keep from regaining lost weight.

Controlling your weight is a big part of your healthy life. When you are too overweight or obese, you’re at risk for medical conditions like heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and diabetes. Weight loss also can be achieved through a healthy diet and exercise. Sometimes weight loss surgeries are done, but these also involved changing your lifestyle to keep the weight off.

To be active and healthy, we want to follow some tips to control our overweight for preventing obesity problems. Daily exercise keeps you active and also healthy.

We can also maintain fitness by doing exercise, and we also can do yoga daily free from mental pressure by doing meditation. Its helps your body to keep fit, active and healthy. You won’t get any health issues like overweight, obesity etc..  

And also maintain hygiene every day in your life style like consume fresh drinking water, fruits. Don’t eat junk food like fast foods etc.., always prefer to eat fresh fruits and veggies.
